Classes

Cancellation Policy: In the case the class needs to be cancelled, I’ll offer a full refund or transfer to another class. If you have purchased a ticket and can no longer make it, I have a 72 hour cancellation policy. If cancelled more than 72 hours before, I’ll offer a full refund or transfer to another class, but unfortunately if within the 72 hours and I’m unable to fill the spot (I will try the waiting list!) then I can’t offer a refund.

Private Tuition

Payments: Any payments for lessons received are valid for 6 months and must be redeemed working 6 months of payment.

If dates have not been agreed but payment has been received, there is 6 months to redeem payments. If lesson have not been redeemed within 6 months, Kayleigh McCallum Art & Illustration is not liable for refund or committed to these appointments. Payments should only be sent on receipt of an invoice and agreement on cost. If any payments are received outwith invoicing, Kayleigh McCallum Art & Illustration is not obliged to reciprocate lessons for the amount received.

Cancellation Policy: In the case Kayleigh McCallum cancels the lesson, the payee will be rearranged to another date or offered a full refund. If the payee has to cancel the lesson, I have a 48 hour cancellation policy. If cancelled more than 48 hours before, you will be offered a rearrangement to another time, or a full refund. However ut unfortunately if within the 48 hours, you will not be offered a transfer or refund. Where possible payment will be agreed for specific dates but these are subject to change with up to 48 hours notice for payees. If payee provides less than 48 hours notice, Kayleigh McCallum Art & Illustration has the right to take payment for the lesson without refund. However, as much will be done as possible to ensure the lesson goes ahead. If I can fill the spot I will, without charge. If not, I will have to take payment for missed appointment. This is subject to kmai.
